Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Please allow extra time during peak seasons or holidays.


Shipping Times:

Shipping times vary by location. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey to you.

 

Shipping Rates:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

 

🔄 RETURNS & EXCHANGES


Due to the nature of our self-care products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for used candles, body oils, or scrubs for health and safety reasons.


However, if your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at glimessentials01@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly replace damaged items or resolve any issues as quickly as possible.


Cancellations:

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, we start processing and cannot guarantee cancellation.
