Q: How do I get the best burn from my candle?

A: Always trim your wick to ¼ inch before each burn. Let your candle burn long enough for the melt pool to reach the edges to avoid tunneling. Never burn a candle for more than 4 hours at a time, and never leave it unattended.


Q: What wax do you use?

A: Our candles are made with a luxurious blend of coconut, soy, and apricot wax for a clean, even burn with a beautiful scent throw.


Q: Are your candles safe?

A: Yes! We use clean fragrance oils and premium wicks. Always follow proper candle safety guidelines for the safest burn.

Q: How do I use the body oil?

A: Apply to clean, damp skin after a bath or shower for the best glow and hydration. A little goes a long way!


Q: Can I use the body oil on my face?

A: Our body oils are formulated for the body. If you have sensitive skin, we recommend patch testing first and avoiding your face unless stated otherwise.


Q: How should I store my oils?

A: Store your body oils in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain their quality.

Q: How long will it take to get my order?

A: Orders ship within 2–4 business days. You’ll get a tracking number once your order ships. Delivery time depends on your location.

A: We currently ship within the U.S. Please email us for special international requests!
